Welcome
Welcome to the Bella & Lola Grooming Rewards Program. These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern participation in our loyalty program and describe how members can earn and redeem points through eligible purchases and activities. By participating in the Bella & Lola Grooming Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
The Bella & Lola Grooming Rewards Program is open to individual customers who visit a participating Bella & Lola Grooming salon in the United States. Employees, franchise owners, and affiliates of Bella & Lola Grooming are eligible to participate. Participation is free of charge and does not require a purchase to join.
2. Enrollment
Customers can enroll in the Bella & Lola Grooming Rewards Program during checkout at any participating salon location or online through the official Bella & Lola Grooming website. Enrollment and account management may be processed through approved third-party loyalty platforms, including Wix Loyalty and Cuddles App Loyalty Program, which provide the technology and interface for the Bella & Lola Grooming Rewards Program. Each customer must provide accurate and current contactinformation to maintain an active account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or deactivated at Bella & Lola Grooming’s discretion.
3. Earning Points
Members earn points for eligible transactions and actions as follows: 50 points for signing up; 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible services or retail purchases; 25 points for scheduling a follow-up appointment at the end of a grooming session; 250 points for each referral (credited automatically when the referred client completes a paid grooming session, or manually upon staff verification). Points are
recorded automatically in the member’s account and visible through the client portal or digital receipt summary. Manual adjustments may be made by authorized Bella & Lola Grooming staff in case of errors or missed transactions.
4. Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed toward designated rewards listed in the salon or on the Bella & Lola Grooming website. 1,000 points = one (1) free grooming session (standard package; add-ons or specialty services may incur additional cost). Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or exchanged for cash. Points may not be transferred, assigned, or shared between accounts.
5. Expiration and Inactivity
Points do not expire, provided the member maintains an active account. Bella & Lola Grooming reserves the right to close inactive accounts after 24 months of no recorded activity, in which case unused points may be forfeited.
6. Participating Locations
The Bella & Lola Grooming Rewards Program is available only at participating Bella & Lola Grooming salons. Participation may vary by location. Franchise-operated salons may choose to join the program independently. Please verify participation before earning or redeeming points.
7. Account Access and Corrections
Members can review their point balances and transaction history at any time through the salon’s client app, online account, or at the front desk. If you believe an error occurred in your account, please notify Bella & Lola Grooming within 30 days of the transaction. Adjustments may be made at Bella & Lola Grooming’s discretion.
8. Program Changes or Termination
Bella & Lola Grooming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. If the program is terminated, any unused points will expire immediately.
9. Privacy and Data Use
Information collected in connection with the Bella & Lola Grooming Rewards
Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy www.bellaandlolagrooming.com/privacy. The Bella & Lola Grooming Rewards Program is supported by third-party service providers, including Wix Loyalty and Cuddles App Loyalty Program, which help track points, manage accounts, and send notifications. These vendors handle customer information in accordance with their own privacy policies and with the Bella & Lola Grooming Privacy Policy. Bella & Lola Grooming is not responsible for the independent operations or data practices of these vendors. By participating, members consent to receiving communications related to their account status, points, and promotional offers.
10. General Terms
Points have no monetary or cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Participation is subject to local, state, and federal laws. Bella & Lola Grooming is not responsible for system errors, unauthorized use, or misapplied points. Bella & Lola Grooming reserves the right to interpret these Terms and make final decisions regarding eligibility, point assignment, and redemption.
