Experienced Groomer

Compensation: 50% Commission + Tips

At Bella & Lola Grooming, our groomers keep pets clean, looking good, and advise pet owners on how to care for their pets at home, while holding ourselves to the highest level of service by taking pride in being knowledgeable, charismatic, patient, gentle with dogs and proactive.

Responsibilities include:

Check-in: Welcome your clients, check them in the system, complete a health and behavior assessment and document the instructions for the session.

Pre-trimming: Washing, shampooing, conditioning, drying pets' coats, clip / trim nails, cleaning ears, teeth, and under the coat for parasites, ticks, fleas, or other skin conditions.

Trimming: Trimming fur, and shaping the coat to the owner's preferences.

Sanitizing: Keeping the grooming area clean by sweeping and sanitizing before and after each client.

Check-out: Engage with the client at the end of each session to provide an enhanced experience, instruct owners on how to maintain the haircut and wash their dogs at home, introduce owners to products and services to care and maintain the dog’s hair, ensure that the client is satisfied with the results, document notes in the system, schedule follow up appointments and complete the transaction in our point of sale system.

Bather

Compensation: $14 per hr.

At Bella & Lola Grooming, our bathers keep pets clean, looking good, and advise pet owners on how to care for their pets at home, while holding ourselves to the highest level of service by taking pride in being knowledgeable, charismatic, patient, gentle with dogs and proactive.

The bather role at B&L Grooming is designed to provide our teammates with an immersive learning experience. Following a structured curriculum based on virtual training, 1:1 sessions, and workshops. Acquiring the skills needed to become a groomer at B&L Grooming.

Responsibilities for the bather’s clients (clients coming for a bath only) include:

Check-in: Welcome your clients, check them in the system, complete a health and behavior assessment and document the instructions for the session.

Pre-trimming: Washing, shampooing, conditioning, drying pets' coats, clip / trim nails, cleaning ears, teeth, and under the coat for parasites, ticks, fleas, or other skin conditions.

Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $14 per hr.

At Bella & Lola Grooming, customer service is at the heart of everything we do. Our team is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming experience for every client by assisting with appointment scheduling, offering helpful guidance, and matching each client’s needs with the appropriate products and services.

The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and an excellent listener. They must be organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work well under pressure. A strong knowledge of our company, products, and services is essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Sales & Marketing Representative

Part Time

Compensation: $14 per hr.

Bella & Lola Grooming is one of Florida’s fastest-growing pet grooming brands, and we’re looking for a creative, organized, and driven Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our brand, increase client engagement, and support exciting new business initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of marketing, sales, community outreach, and creative projects while working in a fun, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Create, design, and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and client engagement.
Help increase traffic and sales through our website, mobile app, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, and special marketing initiatives.
Build relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients, business partners, and leads.
Assist with in-store events, community outreach, and promotional activities.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend new ideas to drive growth.
Support additional marketing, sales, and business development projects as the company continues to expand.

What We’re Looking For

Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
Comfortable using Canva, ChatGPT, and social media platforms.
Computer savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable making outbound phone calls and building relationships.
Creative thinker with attention to detail.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and dependable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Marketing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
