Service includes: - Bath - Blow Dry - Nail Cutting / Grinding - Face, Paws and Tushy Trim *Please note that the duration of the session will be dependent on the size, condition of your pup's hair, as well as the day and time of the appointment. However, your groomer will provide you with an accurate estimate during the check-in process.*
Cancellation Policy
At Bella & Lola Grooming, we truly value your time and the trust you place in our team to care for your furry family members. To ensure that every pup gets the love and attention they deserve, we kindly ask all clients to follow our cancellation and appointment policy below: - Advance Cancellations: We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. There is no fee for cancellations made with sufficient notice. - Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments canceled on the same day of service will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service amount. This helps us compensate our groomers for the time reserved exclusively for your pet. - No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to contact us, a 100% fee of the scheduled service will apply. No-shows may also require prepayment for future bookings. When a client misses or cancels last minute, it prevents another pet from receiving care during that time slot. Our policies ensure fairness to all clients and help our groomers maintain a reliable, well-organized schedule.
