Damaged / Defective Items
​

If you receive a damaged / defective item, please contact us with the order number and the product condition / reason for return within 24 hours of receipt to obtain an authorization number for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. 

 

Damaged / defective items delivered must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped along with the returns authorization number. After we receive the product, we will examine and test the defect of the item(s) if applicable.

 

We will re-imburse the postage paid when returning faulty items only up to the value of the original delivery charge. (Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available you will not be charged again for delivery.

 

If we find the defect described in your email, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s). Otherwise, the original item may be shipped back to you.

 

Bella & Lola LLC will refund the purchased price of the damaged / defective item(s) if the same item(s) are not in stock.

All cusotmers returning items must complete the form below to initiate the return process.

All returned items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition and received by us within 10 days after completing the return form and receiving the confirmation email.

All tags must be attached. All items must be in clean and sell-able condition.

 

B&L NYC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

  

Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable. 

    

Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer. B&L NYC can generate a return label for you for your items, upon request which will be deducted form the original cost of the product.

    

Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. 

    

An e-mail notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

Do you provide International delivery?
​

Yes, we provide International delivery at an additional cost. The cost will depend on the Country and will be included during the check out process.
